No one likes to think they made a bad investment. And plenty of smart people make losses. You buy in because you smell an opportunity. Sometimes it doesn't pan out. Doesn't reflect on your smartness or ability.
Based off the above there isno reason why AJM is unable to be in a near brink situation despite massive BOD and other investment to date.
Not saying they are or they are not (and I am a massive holder myself hoping only for the best), just that the amount of investment in a company by insiders over time does not necessarily correlate to what has happened recently or will happen on the future.
I'm also quite confident the rate will be better than current but worse than what the market wants, and share price will dip after short initial rise as opposed to a complete positive rerate.
