It’s my consideration only that after we get the next tranche of money April 1st is year 2 so funds will come.
This is probably the factor of the situation. My thoughts only.
Year 2 tranche is larger in $ value.
When that drops it signals continuation of the JV and signals fruit is on the tree.
So it’s a going concern, they S32 are happy with results to date. So that’s less than 60 days away.
