For me, I need to re-educate my brain. I keep reverting to my long-held views which don't help my cause. Breakfast being essential for life itself, for example. That I can't sleep without "topping up" my food intake in the TV watching-hours after dark. Took me a while to recover from the years of adopting little fat in my diet because that is what Weight Watchers taught me. Now, I am going all Mediterranean with olives and olive oil, tomatoes, avocado, salads, lean meats, etc.
Fear of fainting does, however, keep me from avoiding early morning activities. So somehow I need to learn to deal with that!
