You guys did read the note in the 4c page 4
"Zelira intends to raise additional capital via a placement to professional and sophisticated investors. The funds raised are expected to provide sufficient working capital for at least the next two quarters"
wanting to only fund for 2 months suggests they expect a rerate soon enough
