melua, there's no excuses for Kowalik, I don't see why there's need for more delays...they have gathered good information from Sugarloaf and Kennedy and should be right in the pay zone with the horizontal. I'd probably part ways with the stock if this one doesn't deliver with Kowalik.
Mind you in this market even producers aren't exactly going gangbusters, but we'd see some kind of rerating.
