Really testing my ability to read.....

Is it correct that they have been trying to confirm ADIA was the funding source since July 2019. But after 6 months of asking they could not confirm this through ADIA so they announced it was ADIA anyway cos the other bloke said so?

But when they found out that it wasn't actually ADIA in January 2020, they retracted the ADIA connection and they argue that this does not matter to any shareholders because ...."it remains the opinion of the Board that....the average shareholder and investor does not know who ADIA is, what they represent, nor what if any impact they may have on the future of a company".

Where are the questions about options and quarterlies and selling? Next letter perhaps?
