Despite the delisting we do remain shareholders and until the court decides the fate of the proposed scheme we have no idea of the future. It may well be that you will need to sell your shares through delisted if you want to claim a.loss. I have a feeling that the IFC/ASIC will have some.sway in this and the scheme may need altering before being approved.
I am not going to sell and I will be writing letters to ask the coy to buy back shares at the last closing price.
