Ann: Response to ASX Query Letter, page-38

Having just digested the full content of the announcement (and what a read it is).

I can only come to the conclusion that with that much BS in IGE's response to ASX. They are really really stupid or they are trying confuse the issue further.

From their past announcements I lean toward he former but if it's the latter they are stalling to finalise funding, which could end bad.


On a side note, all the funding deals seem overtly expensive with both cost and dilution.

Also can anyone tell me who (which loan) have first dibs on assets, in particular Amsterdam infrastructure and plant?
