Why can’t you just try answering the question instead?
The fact that Venus haven’t mentioned the court case in their quarterly is suggesting to me they are already starting to distance themselves from the most likely outcome.
I would like to know what others are thinking?
Venus directors have probably blown $500,000 plus during the quarter on legal fees, so it is material. An adverse ruling will be much more material.
My broker reckons that Rox? quietly loving it because they think VMC will be forced to sell their JV interests.
