The handing down of Finkelstein's judgment on the declaration for valuation of Opes shares for voting has been deferred to tomorrow.

Ferrier Hodgson (Administrator) advised yesterday that they are applying for an extension of time for the next creditors' meeting due to this delay.

Quite predictable as the 1 August circular sent by the Administrator indicated the mediation process would take 2 months so this provides an opportunity for a settlement offer to be made before the next meeting and voted on at the meeting.
