I agree fully with your comments. It is obvious that they wanted a partnership which would have benefited both parties. However the real issue is that there has been noise surrojnding Sargon for a few years. There are ASIC rulings and fines. Ex partners washing laundry and even a billionaire investing then selling out. I dont think that you can avoid the fidiciary duty you have and primary to that must be protection of assets. I am not unsympathetic to the difficulty they had but must also ask the question as to how much due diligence was done when it became clear that Sargon could not float its IPO nor get its convertible note funded. We are talking about 60 days odd from that.
