Morganp I think you might have hit the nail on the head. I am increasingly of the view that maximising the Fluence share price is not a primary KPI of Henry’s. Not in the short term anyway. Interestingly, Fluence is not covered by any brokerage firm promoting the company any more (when was the last time anything was published by a local broker and Edison seems to have lost interest out of NY). Management rarely come to Australia anymore when at one stage they were here 3 or 4 times a year doing roadshows and I am reliably informed they have declined a number of high profile events (more than one) where there was an opportunity to ‘sell’ their capabilities across the water treatment space.
Also, if Ronald Lauder was concerned about the share price Henry would have been displaced long ago - or if not his head would be on the chopping block now, albeit would have thought the institutional investors that supported the recent raise at 44 cents obviously would not be happy campers.
