I am fairly confident of a good outcome based on "Question asked to CN about compensation amount"
I also am very positive about the timing at which this was asked. If my memory serves me correctly (based on the post of one of the attendees of the EGM) this was one of the final bit of info that was requested of FAR.
My thoughts are that seeing that was right at the end, why was this info required if they have already made up their mind that FAR has no case.
Re a TO, of course WPL could buy back their 35% at the backer's price, but they probably won't as they probably want it for nothing.
