Investor relations will improve when everything is finalized. Company is focus on getting things achieved and the Investor relations will be the last part of the equation.
Time is best spent on working on the future deals and approvals and at this stage there is nothing to gain from investor relations , apart from making share holders feel more safe wanting to know more about the day to day running of the business.
Things take time and Yacov is an expert in business, so he will deliver when both parties agree on term and not because share holders want news.
Patience will be rewarded to the brave.
