The London-based Smith and Nephew that PB mentions has earnings of around USD $700m p.a. and a market cap of about USD $21b.
Smith & Nephew plc develops and markets advanced medical devices. The Group is involved in orthopaedics, endoscopy, and advanced wound management....hmmmm
