I’m a lawyer, have worked in litigation for over 15 years. There is a lot of nonsense being spouted by downies on here. It’s impossible to tell whether isx has a good or bad case, as we aren’t privy to the vast majority of the
evidence.
I fancy a compromise. Asx to let isx to resume trading, for a little slap on the wrist.
