Which competitive space? How many intranet automation companies you know of that are approved by the US government? How many intranet solution companies Microsoft is partnered with to co-sell to the government especially given Microsoft has already won the JEDA contract?

Looks like shooting fish in a barrel to me.

If LVT cannot sell BIG to the US government in the next 12 months, I will sell all my shares and never look at this company again.
