I don't know what it will be but one would fairly suspect that it cant be that big - despite the notion of materiality that a suspension invokes.
This company has no money, and no one in the resources sector at a corporate level in their right mind would want scrip in this Company.
If it actually is a material acquisition its quite likely that it could only be funded by more debt provided by the Chinese shareholder.

But I guess we will see, unless the suspension is extended - which is also not out of the realms of possibility.
