Total agree with all of it except the part you say a buyer would only be able to buy 30 to 40 million at about $1.40.

A buyer worth there salt could just buy ozl slowly over time a month or even longer at these levels, have a look at how many shares of PDN… GE has bought at very almost nothing prices, and when they had 5% they announced it to the market as you have to by law. Many still believe they still buying more on a drip feed so to speak still very cheap.
