I was thnking what I would do in your position.
I would sell some of my IPM holdings, not now but at 115-118 range.
Logic if bid fails you buy back at under 1$, if it succeeds, you take the cash plus shares option on the remainin g ensuring you dont end up with too much stock.
I would love to have your problem at present:-)
