The isolated snips of information we have about the contract review appears to suggest it will not be drastic for Anvil.
This latest item suggests the Government is demanding companies actually progress their rights to mine.
And that they do so in a responsible manner which benefits the Congo people.
Fair enough!
Anvil has always been circumspect in such matters.
The outcome for Anvil should be acceptable and not punitive.
Will be --- much relieved! ---- when the review is finalised and result known!
Surely worth a surge in share price!
A move to $9 to $10 would be reasonable?
Have the feeling that once this matter is settled Dik upgrade will be fast tracked - the EAF's will be pouring out their product and when the resulting improvement in profits is known another share price surge may take place --- towards ---the $12 mark?
Mind, with the financial turmoil any prediction is suspect and may be optimistic.
