Pel, has been the lone stand out voice of pessimism in VRC, over 2 years of posts criticizing the company and urging caution!

But has he been wrong? The sp has been a disaster. The CEO and the board get high salaries. The company has struggled for funds and has had numerous cash raisings. Getting the $40m funding needed, continues to be a long, slow, drawn-out saga.

So, let's see what happens with VRC's latest quest for funding. Initially seeking US$40m to fund stage 1, they have floated the idea that they might be happy with US$15m?

Of course, I am hoping that all goes well for the company and that they can raise as much funds as possible. But with their track record, prudent investors would be cautious. Certainly, with the sp at a dimal 1.1c, it would appear that the market isn't overjoyed with the stock and investors are taking a cautious approach also!

Good luck to all of us VRC holders, a lot of sp pain over the last 2 years, but hoping it is all about to end soon!
