    Good suggestions. I would be disappointed if HDR sold any of Area B equity to ROC and HDR have said they won't sell it down further. Perhaps they are selling part of Area A or other blocks such as 1,7 and 8??

    If and its a big IF there has been a takeover offer then Shell or Exxon are most likely.
