Hmm - parents who will pay for "this" isn't a well-defined market.
What I was hoping from you was an understanding of what you defiine "this" as and, as a follow on, who you feel the the market is e.g. is it parents? parents who want to share images with family? family members who want to stay up to date with kids in the family? parents who buy presents for their kids? family-members who buy presents for their kids? parents who want content? advertisers who want to target parents? etc.
