Your assertion is wrong. If MCO put in a decline, do you think that would be costed in only the year it was built.
If that was the case the company would show a huge loss for that year. The same applies if they tunneled a drive or level in the finacial year and the tunnel was to be used for several years.
WHat I am showing with Citigold is accounting procedure by companies to ammortise development with "tunneling"
being a development expense.
Once MCO does development drives the same will apply to MCO.
As for not being bothered well thats probably why you are wrong because you havent shown the effort to find the truth.
