Quiktrak Networks Pty Ltd is not going into administration. They own the IP by the looks. Multitrack Pty Ltd (trading as Quiktrak) is being wound up. It appears this is the development and operations arm for Australia).

Many companies tun like this. As I said in a previous post, I suspect the task now is to move all assets as cheaply as possible over to SA and out of the reach of Aussie investors hands. MP will get well looked after in the deal Im sure.
