This is not to say that Detect doesn't have commercial worth already at this point in time.

It is a nearly complete (subject to successful trial results about to release) quick, cheap easy app that will screen children in a rapid, non intrusive non clinical setting.
It also has great worth in the meantime while waiting for these final clearances/exemptions as a loss lead feeder product onto the TALI TRAIN program.

Already having approvals for TRAIN and being drug free I think approvals will be quite rapid and then we can start charging for it.

I suspect GOOGLE know their way around the regulatory bodies quite well both the processes and the individuals and they will certainly be pushing the process along in our favor. Our favor is their favor from now on remember.

Anyway I have zero concerns about this as it is as it always was, it has always been pending there are no adverse changes.

It is indeed as it was when you invested a few months ago and you checked all the facts and saw Detect was still awaiting completion and subsequent clearance or exemption as the case may be. Im sure you will try to make a case that its a concern now, but it clearly wasn't a concern to you when you invested a few months back.

What has changed in the meantime? Well the product (Detect) is nearly finished its exhaustive trial process, GOOGLE are onboard, we have just been honored with inclusion into a program by the largest Medical Centre in the U.S and we have also raised an absolute crapload of cash for marketing.

Im pretty happy with how this is progressing I have to say.

Why don't you consider getting back in, even just for a trade for the trial release? There is risk but it is the spec side of the market. If you can make back some of those losses you seem so bitter about it might lighten the load a bit...just saying...
