Hi tylerbeale and all...
Thanks for the comments .....
..And I rediscovered the links that led me to Tambla .
FWIW .....
Procura is a leading software provider for aged, community and disability care providers (it happens to have a partnership arrangement with a pain assessment app I am also invested in).
It has more than 950,000 users and 60,000 beds and provides a complete ‘package’ including financial services software https://www.procura.com.au/solutions/procura-financial-management-software-solution/
On January 3, 2020 Procura was bought by AlayaCare - which seems go be a larger organisation offering similar services, but with a wider platform that includes a partnership/onselling agreement with Tambla signed in September, 2018 with ComOps - (Tambla’s previous name.)
The 2018 Tambla Annual Report (24/04/19) said Tambla’s intention was to drive growth globally
... “by a combination of direct customer engagement and by an increasing partnership based model.
In Australia and New Zealand we have increased our business development capability for both direct sales and driving existing and new partnerships.
A good example is the Alayacare partnership which is focused on the healthcare, aged care and disability care sector that commenced last year and is already delivering new customers.
Anyway I read a little about Chris Fydler and Tambla after noting the connections and then bought some shares as I thought/hoped the acquisition of Procura would open new doors for Tambla...although if Procura it is too similar it might close them?
I would appreciate any thoughts
cheers
