In BSM's quarterly he also said that a preleminary review is underway to accelarate commencement of mining at the Fossey Zone and the upper Hellyer remnants and generate large tonnage sample for toll treatment (refer page 10 of quarterly).
Therefore, may not have to wait 18 months to get some mining. Depends on the review. That is how I read it anyway.
