From recent "change in substantial holdings" notices, the co-founders have the following:

    • Sarah-Jane Kurtini has approximately 3M shares
    • Stephen O'Young has approximately 6.7M shares

Therefore, 20% of their shareholding is approximately 2M shares from a total of 45M shares post-acquisition (ie: 4%). I think that's correct, if someone wants to double check?

The real person to watch here is Eddie Geller, who has been running Tinybeans as CEO since 2014.

Eddie was part of the original investor team in Tinybeans in 2012, when Sarah and Stephen brought their idea to early-stage investors in Sydney. He was instrumental in getting the business off the ground, raising the first seed round, and taking the company to the ASX. He moved to NYC with his family to open up the TNY office in the US while Sarah-Jane and Stephen stayed back in Australia. Eddie is by and large, as much of a co-founder too.

Check out Eddie's background - back in 2011, he sold his sizeable Australian IT company to NYSE-listed Jacobs group after building it for more than 13 years. He's a stayer!
