Climate change combined with political and public perception will support processing plants such as LPD.

Patience; good example rare earth when LYC started eventually SPD when up and up then down with all the Malaysian problems from almost $3 down to ridiculous level then slowly the market and problems were resolve and now back to about $2.70.
LPD is going up and down until the corner will be turned, you invest in a process not a share price. You have to commit for success.
