nothing stopping them, yeah ur right except they dont want to pay to much. if they keep buying at some point traders, investors etc will cotton on and jump in rush like and drive it hard up. why pay $3 or even $5 when right now u can pay $1.
glencore are smart operators and are rich for one reason, they see into the future and plan for it. they make lots of $ like the chinese because they have vision.
aussies dont have enough vision and shoot down anyone who has aka Twiggy.
Glencore will move when their ready and it aint probably to far away.
