Hi Strat,
A very good mate of mine who works in the financial markets once stated that Mums and Dads invest (meaning long term) whilst financial institutions trade. Mum's and Dads don't have the facilities to place and pull trades on the opening bell that the institutions have and they do not have bots or special brokerage deals. It is the finacial institutions that are buying and selling for their low % profit not the Mum's and Dads. As long as management keep producing the goods then the market will eventually look after the share price.
