why share buy back.

    Last quarterly to 30 June 2008 showed a reduction in Cash balances also after high administration charges. Why buy shares back under these circumstances ( some at much higher prices than today's price {some at 39 Cents, why do that ?} ) ,surely the cash should be better used to increase production and hopefully be used to get the company into profit.Also why have large shareholders been selling such as Mark Nahabedian and Oceanic Asset Management ( The Advisor ?)
    Some of you smart fellows on HC would know the correct answers to the above . B2
