Actually, he changed his remuneration structure so that it was extended out further and at a lower SP than the previous arrangement.... im pretty sure someone did analysis on one of these threads showing that he well off on the new arrangement... I wouldn't consider 20 or 30 cents as a high target... if he had placed 40 cents for the bulk of it for a 2 year period similar to the timeframe of the options that was issued to SH recently then we would be more aligned.. but to have options expiring 3 to 5 years vs the 2 yrs SH were given is a safety net for him...
