    3 years to reach 0.4 more than double SH buy in, 4 years for 0.55 and 5 years to reach $1. To say SH are getting ripped off is a gross overstatement with 2 years to reach 0.15. If he was getting 3 years for 0.3 then it would be closer inline with the deal SH have. Which is all besides the fact that it clearly states these changes are subject to SH approval. If you are going to make claims please back them up.
