What are you two rabbiting on about?
They have gone from 3 non-exec directors to five, and are increasing the TOTAL ALLOWABLE to $750k, it doesnt mean that they will be paying that out each time. It also means that they can now add new directors to the board without have to come and ask holders permission.
I want them to bring in the BEST, pay them whatever they are worth to get BMN back up to where it belongs, and to get the mine up and running. Whinging about paying for quality executives at this point is ridiculous.
