Interesting comment from NJ office about "consolidators" buying up product and shipping to Asia. My sense is that U.S. market production is now influenced by these consolidators. When I called around various CVS stores, no-one had product, although Zoono was shipping product to CVS. My guesstimate is that these folks are outside the contractual pathway for sales into the USA..
Same issue was going on with face masks, one source told me that I was the tenth caller that day, looking for masks.. Atlanta Hartsfield airport is ranked as the busiest in the world, so assume that most of those masks also left the country. I saw no-one wearing masks at Hartsfield, but LAX was full of people with masks (this was last Friday).
I am told that there are no bottlenecks / issues that hinder production of the Zoono product, and that Zoono stated that they had started to ramp up production of finished and labelled product in December. I do not know what the current product capacities are for the NZ and Carolina production facilities. but I would "guess" that they exceed the quarterly sales numbers you have estimated.
My conceptual ballpark guesstimate would be in the $5-10M range for next twelve weeks. But this is a wild guess. Whatever that number looks like, I am guesstimating annualized sales at $20-40M, assuming a 40% mark-up my guesstimate for the business at 25x EBITDA is $8-16M x 25 = $200M -$400M or $1.25 to $2.50 per share CURRENT CONCEPTUAL MARKET VALUATION..
This has been my conceptual market valuation for about two weeks. My sense is that this valuation might be understated as we go forward, and sales and production continue to ramp up. Good luck to all longs.
