I don't understand why there isn't more interest in this company. It's not remotely well publicised which I think is very much the main issue but why not?
Australia has bugger all exciting tech firms - relatively speaking - and this is one of them and yet a) no-one knows it exists and b) this is because the company seems to make very little attempt to market itself. It's actually as if they couldn't care a less about the SP.
Presumably they are just focused on the exit but surely they could negotiate a better TO price with a higher SP? I know there is a lot of commentary on here that the SP doesn't matter but if I was wanting to sell a listed company I think I'd want the SP higher than 5 or 6 cents FFS.
