in my opinion LIT needs lot of cash and it nees it now to be able to fast track what it aims to do, start paying for batteries tgat need recycling, build the infrastructure needed which i know will make no money in the short term but when lithium consuption grows then batteries become a big hazard and then LIT will stop paying for them instead getting paid to collect them with lithium batteries having an extra charge based on size then it will be very profitable then you will see the SP reflect on that. but in the meantime the SP will be up and down which only benifit traders.
