i attended the case management hearing this morning. It lasted approx 10 minutes. Legal teams numbered approx 8 individuals (5 at the table + 3 observing). Two or three other suits observing plus (maybe) 5 visitors like myself.
Counsel for ISX addressed the judge concerning orders around discovery. Surprise, surprise it appears ASX is resisting some matters concerning discovery. Judge advised both parties to get their heads together, try to resolve the issue and come back on 13/3 with agreement or to seek her (Justice Davies) determination.
Nothing else to add.
2nd case management hearing is scheduled for 13/3.
