A good win for SPX - having got rid of VMC.
After VMC pays their legal fees, there won't be much left over to enjoy.
The winners are...… SPX and the Lawyers.
SPX can now go ahead without the VMC monkey on their back.
I'm glad sanity has prevailed.
We are in the business of mining, NOT as a cash cow for lawyers.
