I submitted questions that I thought relevant to the concerns of local posters. However, the Company already responded directly to me and has given approval for the responses to be posted here and so I share them below.
Question 1: What was the reason for the share consolidation? Please mention how you see it being beneficial in TTB's growth?
TTB Response: The consolidation is intended to reduce volatility in the share price. Lower volatility is more attractive to long-only institutional investors.
Maintaining the support of existing and attracting additional institutional shareholders is part of the process in securing broker research.
It creates legitimacy in the eyes of corporate customers and ensures the Company builds a shareholder base that if required can provide the necessary support to fund future expansion.
Question 2: Are there any plans to list on a US Stock Exchange? or otherwise, make TTB available to US Institutional investors
TTB Response: No current plans to list in the USA.
Yes the company had commenced engaging with the US investment community and the appointment of David Daglio as a NED is part of that process.
Ends
I am not going to add any comment in this post, as the strategy seems clear from the above responses.
