I am asking this question because yesterday I was listening to the Chief investment Officer at SunSuper and he mentioned that the good years can't be going on forever. He also talked about how his team was preparing for a rocky future, he closed his talk by showing tables illustrating a period of contraction in the economy that will be translated in negative employment rate.

I also understand from the RBA that cheap money won't last forever, and that in a near future the interest rate will have to go up.
