Yes try made paying off the investec debt a priority and didn't spend much on exploration up until the debt was payed off which was about the time they acquired OC.

While they got high grade hits at OC the initial reserves estimate came in with a low average grade, that could change with more drilling and better understanding of the geology. But once they mine a trail pit and put the ore through the mill they will get a better idea of the actual average grade.

I recall that at Hicks or was it Smarts drill had not identified N/E veins which were identified while mining and ended up being a positive reconciliation.
