Too hard to ask the questions / they don't want to know. what's the bet someone involved got a decent chunk of it though. would love to see the relationships here.

the company they acquired specialises in old school pstn / ssg intercepts, with a bit of modern tech.

there are no patents in either co-founders name or company, they were reselling other people's gear.

the IP they are referring to is the '30 years combined' of industry experience.

like I said, love to see the DD for this acquisition.
if you look further into it. the entire level 7 floor of that building was closed and shut down at the end of 2016 for a full refurb and sale. the ownership and directorship changed around the same time as the neglect of the website and mentions around the net, the partners they list don't list them as partners, and they are not a Cisco reseller anymore as it states on their website.

the founding directors, at around 2015/2016 all went on to take other roles, if you google them well enough, yet magically they are back in charge of the company and now directors at netlinkz....

even worse their expertise is western based, nothing to do with China at all. why waste 10m on a company that is irrelevant to their core business model

I watched the video of JTs presentation from June last year, he fundamentally doesn't understand what he's selling or the technology, he might be able to sell to other C levels, but once the engineers get ahold of it they will rip it apart. most of it was pure and utter nonsense. the comparison to mpls and his description of ports nearly had me in tears, let alone trying to say it makes networks faster. so now they have some sort of optimisation in the platform. the other fun bit was where he said mobiles were the most exploited platform ever. Which is just blatantly untrue.

anyway. no point wasting breath on this anymore

JT just gave away 10m of shareholders money for a worthless asset.
