Hi @INVESTA33 the sec lending agreement says you have to return stock at some later date. It says nothing about what you can do with the borrowed share, you can hold it or sell it. You can sell and cover as many times as you want, can buy more than you originally borrowed or any combination in between as long as you pay the borrow fee until you return a share.
