What was the "$1.1b funding secured" ann all about then ?

That was a price sensitive announcement stating the Pensador ambition, but all CVI shareholders have done since then is dilute for day to day expenses through to a refinery acquisition.

These emails are fuelling the problem, but demonstarte the true state of affairs in some cases.
