Lets face we could not get a little hole in the road filled here in Melbourne within 10 weeks. Not sure how it goes in other parts of the Country. Manny, that's what I was getting at. I may be wrong but the buildings were already standing, weren't they? But even to be able to convert a shell to a hospital of sorts in 10 days is amazing. The Chinese system obviously allows for ruthless efficiency when desired.
