All companies are regulated by ASIC but the obligation of those operating in financial markets is to ascertain which ones make suitable counterparties. ISX has provided compliance services to multiple companies that have been investigated by ASIC and several that have now been prosecuted for unconscionable conduct. They have also been working with a bank that is now being controlled by a banking regulator in Europe.

If you don’t see these as damning lapses in corporate governance, that condemn the management team for lacking the necessary integrity to operate in financial compliance, then I expect that you will gain a better appreciation as this sorry saga play out.
